Phase 1.
Discovery Chat
Together we’ll uncover your bathroom needs and desires. During our complimentary discovery phase, we’re able tailor your unique brief as we explore your requirements in a little more detail. This session will allow us to gain a thorough understanding of who will be using the space, the overall bathroom aesthetic, likes and dislikes, as well as how much you’re looking to invest into the project.
Phase 2.
Home Visit
With a clear vision of what you’re wanting to achieve, we will conduct an assessment of your current bathroom. During this time, we will capture the room measurements and make notes of any technicalities to be considered during the design phase. This is also a great opportunity to meet each other in person and to see your home in its entirety so that we can carefully curate a scheme that compliments your overall environment.
Phase 3.
Design Process
Using the insights from our home visit, our designers will focus on building your bespoke bathroom design. Working closely with our installation experts to craft the best solution for you. We are committed to configuring a bathroom environment that gives you seamless functionality and sophisticated aesthetics.
Design Presentation
Phase 4.
In either the comfort of your own home or via video call, we will present our proposal for your new bathroom. Together, we will recap the original brief and technical notes, before exploring your design in depth. We’ll present a floor plan, to showcase the suggested layout and a moodboard, highlighting different components within your bathrooms, such as brassware and tiles. Followed by a full breakdown of the quote.
Commission Porto Bathrooms
Phase 5.
Once we have fulfilled your design requirements and have approval of the bathroom scheme, we ask for a 50% deposit to formally commission Porto Bathrooms to complete your project. Upon receipt, we’ll provide you with all project related collateral, as well as a timeline of when the installation will take place.
Bathroom Installation
Phase 6.
Following the design phase, we continue to manage the project through to completion and remain at your disposal. With a team of talented installation experts, we ensure that your bathroom is fitted with care. We liaise with our team throughout the fitting process to ensure a seamless transformation.
